We may ask for an identity proof showing billing address or photo holding your credit card. We don't ask for sensitive information such as CVV code or social security number. We will hold your order until you provide the information or we can cancel if our customer decides not to proceed. In-case you choose not supply this info then please ensure both addresses are listed in PayPal so they can process accordingly.
Yes, Clothoo reserves the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances. If the uploaded artwork is deemed not feasible for production, if attempts to communicate with the customer regarding the order go unanswered, or if there's a discrepancy between the billing and shipping addresses that aren't rectified through verification, Clothoo may cancel the order.
Additionally, in instances where the artwork is excessively complex, contains too many colors or gradients that are unattainable for embroidery but could be achieved through sublimation printing, Clothoo holds the right to cancel the order if the customer insists on embroidery for such designs. These conditions are in place to ensure the quality and feasibility of the final product.
Custom jackets are usually non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We make each jacket based on your chosen colors and embroidery. Before shipping, we send you photos for approval. Please review these photos carefully. Make sure you’re 100% sure before placing your order.

To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours via email or Facebook Messenger. There is a cancelation fee of $25 USD. We require your 5 digit order number to cancel your order.
A refund will be issued in a few days.
